Categories collected
Identifiers and contact information; street address and garaging location; vehicle, applicant, driver, insurance-history, driving-history, and requested-coverage details; email-validation results; internet and network activity; approximate location derived from IP or ZIP; consent and interaction records; and limited inferences used to understand request fit. Optional profile fields may be skipped where the form says so.
Sensitive information
This request form does not ask for a Social Security number, driver-license number, license-plate number, policy number or VIN. Do not send these identifiers through free-text fields, email or a privacy request.
Purposes and retention
We collect these categories to save and review your request in our CRM, respond to you, operate and secure the service, document consent, provide permitted measurement, and make provider referrals within the permission you give. We retain each category only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and legal obligations.
Provider referrals and your choices
A permitted referral may involve compensation to Prime Auto Cover. We do not treat a submission as permission to share with unnamed insurance providers. You may request an opt-out of sale or sharing through our Privacy Request page. Optional analytics and advertising storage start denied.
